User Personas & UX Research
As part of the user research phase or a neighborhood exchange app called Sharecycle, I created detailed user personas to synthesize insights gathered from interviews, surveys, and behavioral mapping. These personas represent key audience segments for the mobile app, which enables neighbors to borrow, lend, or gift items within their local community. Each persona captures demographic context, motivations, pain points, and behavioral patterns that informed design priorities such as trust-building, accessibility, and ease of use. Developing these personas helped align the team around user-centered goals and guided key product decisions throughout the ideation and prototyping stages.
