For this long-term client specializing in semi-custom homes, I’ve designed a wide range of print and digital brochures, as well as downloadable PDFs, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all materials. I have also produced detailed plat maps and floor plans, translating top-down drone imagery and architectural blueprints into accurate, visually engaging layouts. This process involves precise technical drawing, attention to scale and dimension, and the use of design software to create clean, professional visuals that are both informative and aesthetically compelling.
