Digital Product Wireframes & Prototypes

Served as the lead UX designer on a website refresh for an active shooter emergency alert app. Responsibilities included developing comprehensive information architecture, user personas, content inventories, sitemaps, user flows, navigation, and both low- and high-fidelity wireframes in Figma. Collaborated closely with content and web development teams to ensure a seamless user experience. In addition to UX, designed all new graphics for the website, including the main header image and mobile app mockups.
